Chemist Development Program
 
The Chemist Development Program (CDP), nine months in length, involves training at three of our locations - Overland Park, KS, Midlothian, TX, and Seattle, WA. Training will center around quality control chemistry and manufacturing process effects on product quality. The candidate will await placement at one of our nine plants as an Assistant Chief Chemist at the completion of the training.
