Waiting Period
There is a 30 day waiting period on medical, dental, life and AD&D insurance.

Employees are eligible to participate in the company's comprehensive major health and dental plans after 30 days of service.
OTHER BENEFITS
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Life insurance is equal to 1.5 times basic annual salary or wage up to a maximum amount of $300,000. Accidental death and dismemberment insurance will be equal to 1.5 times basic annual salary or wage up to a maximum of $300,000. Dependent Life Insurance will be: Spouse $2,000; Child $1,000.
Additional Group Term Life Insurance
The employee is eligible after 3 months of employment
to purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse or
your children regardless of your health or family
medical histories.
Retirement Income Plan
The Company maintains a defined benefit Retirement Income Plan for salaried employees.
The Plan Provides:
- A monthly income benefit at retirement.
- A vested benefit under certain conditions if your employment is
terminated after five years.
- Benefits from the Plan are in addition to Social Security.
401(k) Savings Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k)
Savings Plan after completion of 30 days of service.
The 401(k) Savings Plan is provided for employees
to save money for retirement on a pre-tax basis. The
Company matches 50% of the first 4% of employee contributions.
If you do not opt-out of the plan prior to your eligibility
date, you will be automatically enrolled at a deferred
rate of 4%.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Employees are eligible for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after completion of one year of service.
The plan was created by the Company to show its appreciation for your help in making the Company a success and to insure that you will share in its future success through an interest in the Company's stock.
Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD) Plan
Employees are eligible for LTD after 30 days of employment. The purpose of this insurance is to provide LTD benefits while you are disabled that are equal to 60% of your insured earnings, reduced by your income from other sources (i.e., Social Security.)
Short-Term Disability Insurance (STD) Plan
Employees are eligible for STD after 30 days of employment. The purpose of the company paid coverage is to cover for accidents, illness and maternity leave and provides income protection for up to six months. Coverage is determined by continuous length of service and begins in the event of an absence that exceeds two consecutive weeks due to disabling illness or accidental bodily injury.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees are eligible to enroll in the Plan which runs on a calendar year basis during the first 30 days of employment or during the calendar year election period. Pre-tax dollars can be set aside into two separate spending accounts to be used to cover eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses. The maximums for the two accounts are: $3,500 for the Medical Spending Account and $5,000 for the Dependent Care Spending Account.
Vacation
Employees are eligible to receive paid time off from work. The length of vacation time per calendar year is determined by an employee's continuous service with the Company.
