The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP), two years in length, introduces you as a program participant to all areas of a cement plant so that you can develop into a capable leader. When the program is completed, you will begin working at one of Ash Grove's plants in a position that best matches your talents and the company's current needs.
The Ash Grove Difference
You will be directed by a training coordinator.
You will be given the opportunity for placement in a plant and movement between locations upon successful completion of the program.
